Authors’ Night by the Sea Event This Friday

This Friday at the Red Hook Brewery in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, an Authors’ Night by the Sea event takes place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This free event will allow the public to meet authors and publishers.

At the Books & Boos Press table, you will be able to meet author Rob Smales. We will have his book, Echoes of Darkness, available for purchase. We will also have Insanity Tales II, which is a collection containing two of his stories, and Triplicity, which contains one of his stories.

Other books such as Secret Things, Tricks and Treats, and Where Spiders Fear to Spin will be available.

Recent Events

Recently, we attended two events to promote our authors, their books, and the other books we have published.

Queen City Kamikaze in Manchester, New Hampshire, was the first event we attended. This convention is a one-day show that has been going on for the past four years. This year we were joined by our authors Stacey Longo and Rob Smales. We also invited friend and fellow author Tony Tremblay to  sell his books at our tables.

This past Friday, we set-up our books at the Author by the Sea event organized by the New England Author Expo. This event was held at Elks Lodge in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. We were happy to have Smales at our table once again.2016-03-18 13.16.28-1

‘Where Spiders Fear to Spin’ Now Available!

unnamed

Books & Boos Press is proud to announce the release of Where Spiders Fear to Spin, the terrifying new novella from Bram Stoker Award® Finalist Peter N. Dudar. Acclaimed artist Morbideus Wolfgang Goodell illustrated the book.

Where Spiders Fear to Spin tells the tale of former soap opera star Sadie Mills, a woman literally haunted by her past whose final days are filled with horror. Her daughter resents taking care of her, her former lovers are dying off one by one, and her dead husband’s vengeful ghost has returned from the dead to drag her to hell.

We’ll be celebrating the release of the book at Anthocon in Portsmouth, New Hampshire (www.anthocon.com), June 5–7, 2015. Both Dudar and Goodell will be available on Saturday, June 6, at the Books & Boos’ tables to sign copies of the novella.

The book is available in paperback or e-book wherever books are sold. Visit one of these links to buy your copy today!
